Local SEO retainer

Local SEO that keeps working after launch.

A monthly retainer for the health of your site and the pages that bring in work. We watch Search Console, ship fixes, and write the local pages that should be ranking.

A weekly health check.

We crawl the sitemap and report status codes, titles, canonicals, headings, structured data, and internal links. You get one page, with a clear red, amber, or green.

Fixes, shipped.

Technical SEO fixes go out as reviewed pull requests. You can see exactly what changed.

Pages that can rank.

Each month we write or rewrite the service and area pages that should be earning enquiries, with real local copy and links from the hubs.

Local signals, only when they're true.

Name, address, and phone stay consistent across the site, the schema, and Google Business Profile. We never invent reviews, ratings, addresses, or phone numbers.

What we do each month

Weekly health report

A full crawl of the sitemap. Status codes, titles and meta, canonicals, robots, hreflang, H1s, JSON-LD, and internal links, plus lab Core Web Vitals on the home, city, and area templates. LCP under 2.5s, CLS under 0.1, INP under 200ms.

Search Console and rankings

Coverage and indexing, discovered URLs against what we expect, queries and pages by clicks and impressions, and a tracked set of city and service terms.

Fixes as pull requests

Technical SEO fixes shipped into your repository for review. Nothing is edited live and left unexplained.

New and improved pages

Money pages rewritten or created, with unique local copy and internal links. We don't invent a second URL pattern when one already exists.

Local signals

Name, address, and phone checked between the site, the schema, and Google Business Profile. Review schema only when the ratings are real.

Language hygiene

On multilingual sites, translated pages stay indexable. English duplicates under another language are noindexed or removed until they're actually translated.

A monthly call

On Growth and Scale: 30 minutes on results, the next month's pages, and anything blocking us.

How a month runs

Three-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice.

  1. 1

    Baseline

The first month includes a one-off clean-up of the issues already hurting coverage, on top of the weekly report.

  2. 2

    Watch

Weekly crawl and a Search Console pass. You get a one-page report, not a slide deck.

  3. 3

    Ship

Fixes as pull requests, and the pages included in your tier.

  4. 4

    Plan

On Growth and Scale, a monthly call to agree the next pages and clear anything we're waiting on.

Tiers

Prices are per month. Three-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. Not included: paid ads, link buying, social, or new site features. Those are quoted separately.

What you get

A report you can read

One page a week. Red, amber, green. The numbers behind it if you want them.

Changes in the repository

Fixes land as pull requests, so they stay in the history of the site.

Pages you own

New copy lives in your codebase, on your domain, in your Search Console.

Honest local data

We publish the phone number, address, and ratings you actually have. If we don't have them, we leave the fields out.

What we need from you

Search Console access, the phone number and address you want customers to use, Google Business Profile access if you have a profile, and someone who can approve the pull requests. We don't invent contact details to fill a gap.

Start with a three-month retainer.
